Refund policy

Reed Return Policy: For health reasons used reeds may not be returned. If you receive a defective reed, please contact us within 10 days of your oder. We ask that you send a picture of the defect.

Tools and Supplies: We accept unused tools and supplies within 10 days of your order.

If you have received wrong items or the items are damaged please contact at as 360.301.3672 or advantage@advantage-usa.com with 10 days of your order.
