Return Policy

Reed Return Policy: For health reasons used reeds may not be returned. If you receive a reed that was damaged in shipping please contact us within 10 days of your order. We ask that you send a picture of the defect.

All sales are final on cane products unless damaged in shipping. 

Tools and Supplies: We accept unused tools and supplies within 10 days of your order.
